The grapes are almost ready
Last week I started picking the grapes that were ready early and have made fresh grape jelly from our organic Cabernet Foch grapes, it is yummy! We have made Pear and Apple Jelly this week, they are both very good if I say so myself.
This Saturday we will be closed as we are going to be at 'That local Market' at Central Community Park in Chilliwack for their last day. Located at the corner of Yale and Victoria in downtown Chilliwack, 45943 Victoria Ave. from 9:30am to 2:00pm. We will be selling our organic Apple, Pear and Grape jelly as well as Grape Syrup and Carmel Apple Syrup, fresh Strawberry & Oat Scones and of course grape vine wreaths.

The organic Cabernet Foch grapes will be ready in the next couple of weeks, we are selling them at $1.00 per pound, obviously great for wine but also for jelly and syrup! I will keep everyone updated on the brix (sugar count) which is now at 16-17, we would like to be at least 20.
